Jul - Aug, 2010: Collaboration with Dalhousie University, Halifax. Raza Abedi on one month research collaboration at Halifax

Faculty of Computer Science at IBA and Dalhousie University, Halifax NS Canada are doing research collaboration in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks. The scope of the collaboration is the research and development of viable communication protocols for WSNs focusing in particular fault tolerance and reliability issues. The research work involves developing theoretical models for optimized communications in WSN, testing and verification of the proposed protocols using TinyOS. Other research area to work during this visit is the application of WSN in industrial controls. Raza H. Abedi
