Fragmentation based prioritization mechanism for heterogeneous traffic
in WSN. Developed a novel fragmentation based MAC protocol FROG-MAC
which focuses on improving the latency and throughput of high priority
traffic.

Performance analysis of polling-based MAC protocols in WSN. Developed a novel asynchronous adaptive & dynamic polling-based MAC protocol ADP-MAC which functions based on 'polling interval distribution' instead of 'polling interval'. The suggested protocol improved performance of WSN as compared to previously existing SCP-MAC. Dr. Siddiqui completed her PhD in May 2018.

technology and Wireless Sensors in the development of a technically
sound and commercially viable solutions.
