Fragmentation based prioritization mechanism for heterogeneous traffic
in WSN. Developed a novel fragmentation based MAC protocol FROG-MAC
which focuses on improving the latency and throughput of high priority
		traffic.

Performance analysis of polling-based MAC protocols in WSN. Developed a novel asynchronous adaptive & dynamic polling-based MAC protocol ADP-MAC which functions based on 'polling interval distribution' instead of 'polling interval'. The suggested protocol improved performance of WSN as compared to previously existing SCP-MAC. Dr. Siddiqui completed her PhD in May 2018.

thus providing stakeholders with a comprehensive view of the system and
aiding them in timely decision making. The motivation of the research is
to exploit the opportunities that exist in the local market and devise
solutions that not only caters to the requirements of the industry with
respect to asset management but also to explore the application of
technology and Wireless Sensors in the development of a technically
		sound and commercially viable solutions.
